Who runs this

This site is operated by Sunhouse Babysitting Agency, the Vancouver-based childcare agency at sunhousebabysitting.ca. “Sunhouse Agency” refers to the nanny and childcare-placement arm of the same business — longer-term placements, recurring care, and nanny shares as opposed to occasional date-night sitting. We publish customer reviews here so families considering a placement can see feedback in one place rather than hunting across Google, Instagram, and word of mouth.

Where reviews come from

Reviews on this site come from verified Sunhouse customers — sourced from public Google reviews or submitted directly with permission to publish.

We do not write fake reviews. We do not pay for reviews. We do not remove negative reviews.

Corrections

If something on this site is inaccurate — a misattribution, a review you didn’t consent to, a factual error — tell us at reviews@sunhousebabysitting.ca or through the submit a review form. We respond within two business days.

Why a separate site?

So it’s easier for families to find reviews specifically about the agency / nanny-placement side of Sunhouse. Booking a sitter for one evening is a different decision than placing a nanny for a year, and the questions families ask are different too. When someone searches “Sunhouse Agency reviews” or “Vancouver nanny agency reviews,” a page entirely about that is more useful than a section buried inside our main website. We disclose the relationship openly — you’re reading that disclosure right now.
