We specifically wanted a French-speaking nanny so our kids would keep building the language outside of school. Sunhouse took the request seriously rather than treating it as a checkbox. They shortlisted three candidates with genuine French fluency, not just basic conversational. The one we chose has been with us five months. Worth noting it took an extra week or two to find the right person. We'd rather wait than settle.
