We set up a nanny share with friends on our block through Sunhouse. The logistics looked complicated on paper: two families, two sets of kids, one caregiver, shared scheduling. The agency handled all of it. Our nanny rotates between houses on a set schedule and the cost is half what a full-time placement would be. Six months in, both families are still happy.
