We placed a full-time nanny through Sunhouse Agency about a year ago and it has been the single best childcare decision we've made. The agency did the hard work of shortlisting. We met three candidates, all of whom would have been competent, and chose the one who clicked with our daughter on the first visit. A year in, she's part of our family routine.
