Second baby on the way and we wanted to keep the same nanny who'd been with our first since she was 18 months. Sunhouse helped us renegotiate the arrangement (more hours, second child, slight rate adjustment) so everyone was on the same page. The agency stayed useful well past the initial placement. That's not something I expected from a placement service.
