Honest note: the first nanny we trialled through Sunhouse wasn't the right match. Lovely person, just not the right fit for our family's pace. The agency re-ran the matching with no friction and the second placement has been with us for four months and going strong. Knocking off one star for the front-end calibration, but I'd recommend them. The trial structure is what made the recovery painless.
